This document reflects real details provided by Skill Training School but was drafted with AI assistance and has not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel. Treat it as a strong starting draft, not a finalized binding policy, until counsel signs off.

1. What This Covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Skills 360 (operated by Skill Training School, a division of Sigillieum Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd.) collects when you register for or use the Program, and how that information is handled.

3. How We Use It

We do not share or sell your information for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your information. It may be shared with operational service providers who help us run the Program — such as for processing payments, sending communications, or scheduling — solely to perform those functions on our behalf. We do not publicly list these providers by name here; contact us using the details below for more information, to opt out of a communication channel, or to request an update to your data.

5. Data Retention

If you enroll in a cohort, we retain your registration information for the duration of the Program plus 24 months afterward, to handle support requests, certification verification, and re-enrollment in future modules. If you register but do not go on to enroll, we retain your information for up to 12 months from registration, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless you re-engage with us or a longer period is required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting jay@skilltrainingschool.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, though no method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure. Payment transactions, where applicable, are handled by PCI DSS–compliant payment processors — we do not store your full payment card details ourselves. Registration and account information is retained only as needed for legal, operational, or dispute-resolution purposes, including a limited period held for security purposes after your registration or account becomes inactive.

8. Children's Privacy

The Program is intended for working professionals and is not directed at, or knowingly collecting information from, anyone under 18.
