By registering for, accessing, or participating in the AI Skills 360 program ("the Program") operated by Skill Training School, a division of Sigillieum Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register for or access the Program.
AI Skills 360 is an 8-module, 15-session training program covering practical AI tool use and the judgment to apply it responsibly. The Program is delivered through a hybrid model — a web-app/LMS platform combined with live sessions — with new cohorts starting on a rotating schedule. Exact dates and session times for your cohort are communicated at enrollment.
Skill Training School does not provide make-up sessions for missed sessions in non-refundable workshops. Access to session recordings is intentionally limited to encourage live participation — recording links may be shared at our discretion, but access to a recording is not guaranteed if you miss a session.
You agree not to share your enrollment access with unregistered individuals, resell or redistribute program materials, or use the Program in a manner that is unlawful, harassing, or disruptive to other participants or instructors.
All curriculum materials, slides, recordings, exercises, and related content are the property of Skill Training School, a division of Sigillieum Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during and after the Program, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A certificate is issued on successful completion of the assessments required for your cohort. Certification is linked to assessment performance, not attendance alone; specific passing criteria are communicated at the start of each cohort.
The Program teaches the use of third-party AI tools and platforms we do not control. We make no guarantee about the availability, pricing, or behavior of those third-party tools, and outcomes from applying what you learn will vary by individual and context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Training School, a division of Sigillieum Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd., is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable arbitration or dispute-resolution clause agreed separately, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Program.
